A VR booth with automated access and payment

Bespoke

A virtual-reality headset in a public space (tourist office, museum, hotel, festival) with no ticket clerk: the visitor scans the QR code, pays by card or Bizum and the headset unlocks for the session. They get a receipt by e-mail and the council gets a sales dashboard. Santiago VR is our showcase of how it works.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE

  • From 1 to 6 headsets per booth, managed from a single computer
  • Secure card or Bizum payment through Redsys (BBVA), with no cash handling
  • The headset only unlocks once the payment is confirmed; it locks again when the session ends
  • E-mail receipt, admin panel and an audit trail for every session
  • Bespoke content: the cathedral, the monument or the history of your town

HOW THE DIGITAL BOX OFFICE WORKS

Scan

The visitor scans the QR code on the booth with their phone and picks a language and an experience.

Pay

Card or Bizum payment on the bank's gateway. No cash and no staff at the booth.

Experience

The headset unlocks automatically and the experience starts for the time purchased.

Control

Receipt for the customer, sales dashboard for the organisation and remote support from Áurea Visión.
